By placing products on our website we provide you with a binding offer to conclude a sales
agreement subject to the conditions specified in the product description.
If you purchase a product from our website we will send you a mail containing
the details of your order.
§ 3 Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT. You need to register or select the country of your choice to
display the corresponding VAT rate.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is done via Paypal using your Paypal account, Credit Card or Bank Account.
§ 5 Warranty
The legal warranty regulations apply.
§ 6 Information Requirements

I. Language
For the conclusion of contract you can choose between english and german language.
The conclusion of contract is saved. You will receive a confirmation of your order
including the order details as well as conditions of use and information about
revocation rights.
II. How to order?
The contract subject matter is the purchase of download products (digital content which
is not supplied on a physical data carrier). In conjunction with the setting up of the
respective download product on our website, we refer you to a binding offer associated
with the conclusion of a purchase contract under the conditions specified in the product
description.
III. How to order – step by step:
a. Select a product
Choose the product you want to purchase and click on “Add to cart”.
Your chosen product will be added to the shopping cart. You can change/edit/delete this
selection at any time before finishing the payment process.
By clicking on “Your Cart” you will get to the next step (or jump the next step by clicking
on “Checkout”)
b. Your Cart
Check/review your order (you can always edit/remove items before checking out),
then click on “Checkout”
c. Checkout
Log into your account using your mail address and password or register a new account
if you don't have an account. Your personal data will be collected and stored by our system

We do not use share your personal data with others or use it for any other purpose than
enabling you to order products from our website.
Choose the payment method of your choice (PayPal account, Credit Card or Bank Account).
Carefully read the terms of conditions, privacy policy and right of withdrawal and check the
respective checkboxes.
By clicking “Continue to step 2” you will get to the next step.
d. Confirmation
Review your billing address, payment method and ordered items.
By clicking “Buy” you will be forwarded to our partner PayPal to finish the
payment process. You can still cancel the order at that point.
Once you completed the payment on the PayPal website you will be
redirected back to your own website and the purchase is complete.
We will send you a confirmation mail with order details, serial number and
download links. You can immediately download and use the product.
§ 7 Liability
Claims for damages due to a breach of duty and for a tortious act are excluded
from us (FSDG) and our assistants and vicarious agents.
That liability restriction does not apply if the damage was caused intentionally or through
gross negligence and in the event of the infringement of essential contractual obligations,
i.e. such obligations whose fulfilment is a prerequisite for enabling the proper fulfilment
of the contract in the first place, the observance of which the customer may therefore normally
rely upon and whose infringement on the other hand places the achievement of the purpose
of the contract at risk. The liability restriction also does not apply to damage arising from loss
of life, personal injury or illness if FSDG is responsible for the breach of duty. The restriction
shall also not apply to damage which is based on the lack of an assured characteristic or for
which liability under the German Product Liability Act is envisaged.
§ 8 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission proivides a platform for out-of-court resolution of disputes
(ODR platform) which can be viewed under: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not willing to enter into dispute resolution proceedings before the consumer
arbitration board.
§ 9 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for
the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
